About
My name is Eli and I love to write. In my thirteen years in the entertainment industry so far, I’ve worked on both sides of the table - as writer/producer and development executive, in addition to my non-profit projects with the Writers Guild Foundation and elsewhere.
Most recently, I wrapped work as Director of Development for Tony McNamara (THE GREAT, POOR THINGS) at his POD at 20th TV, called Piggy Ate Roast Beef Productions. Before that, I wrote and produced for all three seasons of the Freeform/Hulu drama MOTHERLAND: FORT SALEM. I’m now primarily focused on my feature film development but I am open to additional work.
Browse the work tab for a brief sampling of my pieces. If you like what you read, reach out so I can send you some of the recent stuff.
If you're interested in hiring me to write something new or engaging me in creative development services, please reach out (email below) and we can talk at your convenience.
My tools of the trade include:
Screenwriting: pitch materials, outlines, treatments
Television: decks, pitches, treatments, scripts
Development Services: detailed notes, coverage, edits
Fiction: flash, short, comics, novella & anything in between
Nonfiction: video essays, podcasts, articles
Ghostwriting
If you like my style, please enjoy further musings here.
Thanks so much for your visit.
